Yoga from 4-5pm at Broadwalk Shopping Centre in Edgware!

Unwind with a relaxing yoga session to wrap up your week. This is a great opportunity to take some time for yourself, focus on your well-being, and have any questions you may have about the numerous health benefits of specific yoga poses answered, including improved flexibility, strength, and stress relief. Please bring your own yoga mat. No need to book, just show up and enjoy!
