Relaxing Head and Hand Massages, Alongside NHS Health Checks and Soup, Sandwiches, and Refreshments from 1-3 pm

Masseuses will provide rejuvenating massages alongside health and wellness checks from the Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust (CLCH). These checks include various preventative interventions such as blood pressure measurement, pulse checks for Atrial Fibrillation detection, oxygen saturation checks, diabetes risk assessments, weight management, dementia awareness, and signposting to relevant pharmacies/GPs. 

Please note that massages are fully booked. However, you are still welcome to attend for health checks, friendly chats, signposting support, and refreshments.

We suggest a donation of £2 or more to support the expenses associated with running these sessions and to enable the possibility of organising more sessions like these on a long-term basis.
