🎨 1–2.30 pm: Art Healing Painting Workshop (led by Empowering Circle)
Join us for a guided painting session that combines creativity with gentle wellbeing support. Through simple painting activities, you’ll have the chance to relax, express yourself and take a break from day-to-day stresses. No experience is needed, just come along and enjoy the process. All materials will be provided.
☕ 2.30–3 pm: Social & Refreshments
