💃 1–2 pm: Dance Session
Come along for a fun, relaxed dance session! No experience neededm just move at your own pace and enjoy the music. It’s a great way to get active, lift your mood and have a laugh in a friendly, supportive space.
☕ 2–3 pm: Social & Refreshments
Stay for sandwiches and refreshments and the chance to connect with others in a safe and supportive space. Signposting support will also be available if needed 📝 RSVP & Questions
