Chair Yoga Followed by Sandwiches and Refreshments, from 1-3 pm in Harrow!

Between 1-2 pm, join our fantastic and experienced instructor for an invigorating chair yoga class. This accessible form of yoga allows you to experience the benefits of this ancient practice while being seated, making it suitable for all fitness levels.

From 2-3 pm, after the yoga session, you'll have the opportunity to engage with the instructor, ask any questions you may have, and gain valuable insights. Sandwiches and refreshments will be provided, offering a chance to connect with fellow attendees or seek signposting support.

Due to the limited size of the room, we have to put a cap on the number of people attending the session to 15 people. If you RSVP after the limit of 15 people, you will be placed on the reserve list and if there are any cancellations, we will contact you. However, you are more than welcome to join us after 2 pm for food and an opportunity to socialise and seek signposting support.
