Wellbeing Talk with Dafiny Alves, MBACP Clinical Supervisor/Counsellor, Followed by Jewellery Making Workshop, 1-3pm

Between 1-2 pm, Dafiny Alves, MBACP Clinical Supervisor/Counsellor, will be presenting a talk on wellbeing.

Following that, from 2-3 pm, we will host a jewellery-making workshop with all materials provided free of charge. Crafting is optional; if you prefer, you can join us for a friendly chat, seek signposting support, and enjoy soup, sandwiches, and other refreshments.

All you need to do is show up.
