About the event

From 6 to 7pm, the VAWG Coordinator will give a talk on the measures Harrow Council is exploring to improve women’s safety. This will be followed by an opportunity for you to share your thoughts on what you believe would be helpful. Enjoy sandwiches, refreshments, and a chance to connect with other women in a welcoming, non-judgmental environment.

From 7 to 8 pm, learn self-defence techniques from expert instructors while getting an energising workout. No prior experience or equipment is needed!

The class size for self defence is limited to 15 participants. If you RSVP after the limit, you will be placed on the reserve list. In the event of any cancellations, we will contact you.

We suggest a £2 or more donation to support our services, which can be made online (https://wonderful.org/pay?fndr=1616) or in person at the event. However, if you're unable to contribute financially, please still join us. We value building a supportive community!

If you have any questions, please contact us at 07414 932 902 or rwnadmin@harrowwomenscentre.org.uk.

It would be lovely to see you there! :)
