Introductory Self-Defence Class + Social Gathering with Refreshments from 6-8 pm in Harrow!

From 6-7 pm, enjoy refreshments and connect with fellow women in a welcoming, non-judgmental environment, where you can also seek signposting support.

Following that, from 7-8 pm, learn self-defence techniques from expert instructors while getting an energising full-body workout. No prior experience or equipment needed!

We understand that the hardest part can sometimes be walking through the door, but our non-judgmental and friendly team will be there to support and encourage you every step of the way. Don’t miss out on this fantastic opportunity to empower yourself, build strength and connect!
