About the event
Between 1-2 pm, RTT Therapist, will be presenting a workshop on self-love.
Following that, from 2-3 pm, we will host a jewellery-making workshop with all materials provided free of charge. Crafting is optional; if you prefer, you can join us for a friendly chat, seek signposting support, and enjoy soup, sandwiches, and other refreshments.
All you need to do is show up.
