About the event
From 1-1.30 pm, Diabetes UK will deliver an insightful talk on diabetes prevention and management, answering any questions you might have.
Following that, from 1.30-3 pm, we will be offering 10-minute head or hand massages. We have spaces for 16 women, so please RSVP to secure your spot. If you don't have a booking, you are still welcome to join us for sandwiches, refreshments, friendly conversation, and signposting support if needed.
